Regular meeting of the Committee on European Integration chaired by the Deputy Chairperson of Maria Ionova with the participation of first Deputy Minister of infrastructure Y. Kravtsov and Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food V. Rutytska took place.

Committee members supported a number of draft laws №0098, №0099, №0100 and №0101.

Draft Law of Ukraine "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Cabinat of ministers of Ukraine  and the Government of Hungary on the international combined transport» №0098 developed by the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine to improve the regulatory framework of the Ukrainian-Hungarian relations in the field of transport and improving conditions of transportation between Ukraine and Hungary.

Adoption of the draft law of Ukraine №0099 will help to ensure the establishment and functioning of a reliable legal framework for international implementation and enhance the process of bilateral interstate relations between Ukraine and the Republic of Cyprus, will contribute to further development of cooperation in the field of air transport, arrangement of business relations, further expansion geography of flights of Ukrainian airlines.

Draft law №0100 has been designed to complete the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force. Adoption of the draft Law of Ukraine aimed at improving the bilateral legal framework for international regular air connection between Ukraine and Poland.

The adoption of the draft law №0101 shall create opportunity to ensure the establishment and operation of reliable legal framework for international implementation and enhance the process of bilateral interstate relations between Ukraine and the Hellenic Republic, the further development of cooperation in the field of air transport will facilitate settlement of business relations, further expansion of geography of Ukrainian airlines.

During the meeting, the Committee considered a number of law drafts  on their compliance with the law of European Union, Ukraine's obligations under the Council of Europe and the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the other hand.

Thus, drat laws №4571, №3326, №3841 and №3132 were considered to be not inconsistent with European Union law and international legal obligations of Ukraine.

There were array of reservations and suggestions expressed to draft laws №2820, №4615 and №3002.
