The Committee on Economic Policy held its regular meeting with the participation of First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economic Development of Ukraine Stepan Kubiv, where they examined a number of draft laws submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The draft laws are aimed at amending the Law of Ukraine "On the list of state-owned facilities not subject to privatization."
In particular, the draft law "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the list of state-owned facilities not subject to privatization" concerning certain facilities of agricultural and transport branches No.4536 was recommended for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's approval in the first reading as a basis.
Draft law "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the list of state-owned facilities not subject to privatization" No.4594 concerning preserving in the state ownership of the shares in Public JSC Ukrainian Railways was recommended for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's approval as a basis and in principle.
Draft law "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the list of state-owned facilities not subject to privatization" concerning excluding enterprises of the fuel and energy complex from the list of state-owned facilities not subject to privatization, but subject to corporatisation" No.4525 was recommended for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's approval in the first reading as a basis.
