A total of 339 people's deputies registered at the session hall. Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andrii Parubii opened the evening plenary meeting. Later two parliamentary factions demanded announcement of a 30-minute break.
After the break, chairperson of the Radical Party Oleh Liashko delivered his speech. In particular, he announced his faction's demands to the Government.
People's deputies of the Radical Party faction blocked the rostrum of the Parliament.
Andrii Parubii announced entrance of people's deputies Valerii Karpuntsov, Oleh Velikin and Maksym Savrasov to the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction.
The Speaker also announced the election of people's deputy Oksana Prodan as a Deputy Chairperson of the Petro Poroshenko Bloc faction.
The next plenary meeting of the fourth parliamentary session will take place on Wednesday, May 11.
