In particular:
The draft law No. 4262 "On amendments to Law of Ukraine "On National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine" (as to specification of some provisions). The people's deputies decided to recommend that the Ukrainian Parliament adopt this draft law in first reading as a basis.
The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Corruption Prevention and Counteraction declared the draft law No. 4146 "On amendments to Article 15 of Law of Ukraine "On state regulation of production and circulation of fermentation ethanol, cognac and fruit spirits, alcoholic drinks and tobacco goods" (as to licensing of wholesale trade in beer) to be fully in line with the anticorruption legislation.
The Committee members urged people's deputy of Ukraine / Committee Deputy Chairperson V.Chumak to study and substantiate the initiative to regulate the issue of submission of the draft law "On Disciplinary Statute of the National Anticorruption Bureau of Ukraine."
