On April 11-12, Member of Parliament, Chairperson of the Committee on Social Policy, Employment and pension provision Liudmyla Denisova is participating in the 16th Alliance against Trafficking in Persons conference on combating trafficking in human beings for the purpose of forced criminality, in Vienna.
At the Conference Liudmyla Denisova as Head of the Verkhovna Rada delegation, represents the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
During the two-day Conference they will hold four roundtables where the participants will discuss the wide range of criminal and illicit activities that this form of exploitation entails, the national and international challenges related to the prosecution of the crime, as well as victims’ rights, identification and assistance. Practical recommendations collected during the Conference will be presented during the final session.
