The decisions taken by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine this week, in particular, the ones touching the settlement of problems of the Ukrainian miners, family farms and increase of the export duty for scrap metal, will facilitate the development of national economy and manufacture of national product.
Groysman told this to the Rada TV Channel on Friday.
"I believe that this week was quite effective from the point of view of those laws and decisions adopted and taken by the Ukrainian Parliament," Groysman said.
The people's deputies took a number of financial and economic decisions, in particular, touching the restructuring of borrowers' debts, stabilization of the situation in the financial sector, insurance market, the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada reminded. "It was those decisions that are able to create quality instruments for the financial development of our country," he noted.
Besides, the people's deputies adopted the draft law on family farms. "That means that now family farms — the people producing own products — received the right to legally work with the processing companies — with those they can deliver their products to. Now that can be done very rapidly," he noted.
Besides, the Verkhovna Rada took the decision to raise the export duty for scrap metal. "We gave an opportunity to develop national product, to create more jobs. That means: salary and competitive economy," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said.
Groysman noted that a number of the laws adopted by the Parliament was a result of practical discussion and seeking for decisions on specific problems.
