The Committee members considered the draft law No. 4022.

The need for the draft law is conditioned with the fact that considerable part of persons, who invalidated as a result of their participation in the Revolution of Dignity, are people of quite young age and do not have required pension insurance record to obtain disability pension. As a result, almost one third of those, who obtained the status of a war disabled veteran failed to receive respective raised pension.

The draft law offers to assign disability pensions to persons, who were acknowledged disabled as a result of wounds, shell-shock or of other injuries to health during the mass civil rallies in Ukraine in the period of November 21, 2013 - February 21, 2014, and the protests against the regime of former president Yanukovych (Revolution of Dignity), and who addressed for medical help between November 21, 2013 and April 30, 2014, despite pension insurance record.

The Committee members supported the draft law, which will allow provision of proper social assistance to the persons, who invalided in fight for the better future of Ukraine.
