The following draft laws were declared as not complying with the requirements of the anti-corruption legislation:
- "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners" (concerning perfecting the mechanism of insurance coverage of the cost of medical care provided to victims of road accidents, and perfecting the system of bodies of management and control of the MTIBU)" No. 2122a;
- "On amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners" (concerning increasing guarantees to victims of road accidents, and perfecting the system of bodies of management and control of the MTIBU)" No. 2122a-1.
At the same time, in the draft law "On compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners” No. 3670 they have not found corruptiogenic factors – it complies with requirements of the anti-corruption legislation, but the Committee decided to adopt it with remarks.
Also the Committee members, having listened to and discussed the information about determining the third candidate to the competition committee for the selection of a candidate for the head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Tracing and Management of Proceeds from Corruption and Other Offenses, decided to recommend that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine determine to the composition of the competition committee Yaroslav Romanovich Yurchyshyn – an anti-corruption reform group expert, an advocacy manager at NGO "Reanimation Package of Reforms."
