The hearings will be entitled "Strategy of reintegration of temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol with Ukraine: problems, solutions, methods and ways."
The decision was unanimously taken following respective initiative of people's deputy and Committee secretary Oleksii Honcharenko.
Respective parliamentary hearings were envisioned by Item 1 of the Recommendations of the Committee hearings entitled "Issues of the temporarily occupied territory of the Russia-annexed Crimea and the city of Sevastopol" and conducted by the Committee on May 18, 2015. The parliamentary hearings have to be conducted in compliance with Item 6 "Status of temporarily occupied and temporarily uncontrolled territories" of Chapter I "Reformation of national security and defense sector" of the Coalition Agreement.
The event is aimed at facilitation of comprehensive vision, principles and approaches to fundamentals of state policy as to temporarily occupied territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
To implement the decision the Committee has elaborated respective draft resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
As a result of the parliamentary hearings it is planned to elaborate and adopt respective recommendations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
