The Law supplements Chapter VI "Final and Transitional Provisions" of the Budget Code of Ukraine with new Item 3-4.
The Item envisions that:
the provisions of the Code do not apply during rendering of state security to form the stabilization (reserve) energy fund;
provision of such state security is rendered only within set by the law on state budget;
security liabilities that emerge as a result of implementation of the aforementioned Item are referred to the state-secured debt.
The Law includes the remark offered during the discussion.
