The Committee held a meeting of the working group on preparation for the second reading of draft laws on amendments to the Law "On fundamental principles of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity" concerning liberalization of the system of state supervision (control) in the sphere of economic activity No.2418a submitted by people’s deputies of Ukraine Kiral S.I., Halasiuk V.V., Solovey Yu.I., and on amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine concerning improving the legislation in the field of state supervision (control) No.2351a submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
The event was held with the participation of people’s deputies, representatives of state government bodies, professional associations and the public.
The purpose of the working group is in particular the working out of common approaches for liberalization of the system of state supervision and deregulation of the Ukrainian economy in the course of preparation of the draft laws for the second reading.
During the meeting they discussed a number of important questions having relation to the modernization of the approaches for organizing scheduled monitoring by regulatory authorities, creation of a single integrated automated system of the state supervision (control).
