Head of deputy group on interparliamentary relations with Kingdom of the Netherlands Natalia Katser-Buchkovska holds working meeting with representatives of interfactional association "Euro Optimists"

On January 19, held was a working meeting of the head of the deputy group on interparliamentary relations with the Kingdom of the Netherlands Natalia Katser-Buchkovska with representatives of the interfactional association "YevroOptymisty" [Euro Optimists], MPs Olena Sotnyk and Oleksii Mushak.

During the meeting the people's deputies discussed the course of the information campaign in favour of the ratification of the Association Agreement with Ukraine in the Netherlands in connection with a consultative referendum on April 6, 2016, the part and opportunities of IFU "YevroOptymisty" in this context, tools for enhancing dialogue with representatives of both houses of the Parliament, the Government, civil society, media, and business community of the Netherlands.

The head of the deputy group Natalia Katser-Buchkovska stressed that the next two months (February-March 2016) will be decisive for the fate of Ukraine's European aspirations. In order to strengthen Ukraine's presence in information space of the Netherlands they proposed to make a number of visits that will facilitate objective coverage of those economic benefits that both countries would get in the long run. People's deputies discussed proposals as to preliminary dates of parliamentary visits to the Netherlands and also agreed on the action plan for the next two months.

According to the meeting participants, in the end it should be noted that both Ukraine, the Netherlands and the European Union are interested in a positive decision on the Association Agreement. And therefore it is important to continue active cooperation and consultations, to search for ways of creation of a positive image of Ukraine in the Netherlands.
