In the discussion over the problematic provisions of the draft law (No. 3562) participated a coauthor of the draft law, MP Hryhorii Shverk, a member of the National Council of Ukraine on Television and Radio Broadcasting Uliana Feschuk, media experts, lawyers of big media holdings, representatives of associations of enterprises providing telecommunications services.
Following the discussion they agreed that members of the working group by January 10, 2016 would elaborate proposals and deliver them to people’s deputies - authors of the draft law to take into account in the wording to be submitted instead.
