The legislative act aims to create conditions to stabilize the financial state of the country and improve some aspects of the social policy.
The Law amends 38 legislative acts of Ukraine in particular, the Code of Laws on Labor of Ukraine, Family Code of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On indexation of population's incomes," "On pension coverage for persons dismissed from service, and some other persons," "On compulsory state pension insurance," "On measures touching legislative protection of pension system reformation," "On pension coverage," "On protection of childhood," "On banks and banking activity," and others regulating issues in the field of social protection of the population, etc.
The document envisions preservation of the average wage of a mobilized employee at enterprises, institutions, organizations, farms, agricultural production cooperatives and at individual entrepreneurs.
The Law preserves effective guarantees of pension coverage of science employees determined by the Law of Ukraine "On amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to pension coverage) No. 213-VIII dated March 2, 2015.
The legislative act also regulates the provision touching the financing of cultural establishments (libraries, museums, theaters).
Respective draft law was registered under No. 3628.
