Respective meeting took place on December 23.
The conclusions touching the draft laws Nos. 2473а, 2501а, 2516а, 2525а were adopted with remarks, and two of the draft laws were declared to have to corruptogenic factors and to be inconsistent with the anticorruption legislation:
- on amendments to Final and Transitional Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On protection of right to fair trial" as to prolongation of results of qualification examination for appointment of a judge (No. 2429a-1);
- on amendments to Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On purge of power” as to improvement of the mechanism of lustration of officers, who occupied or still occupy positions created in compliance with the laws on military formations (No. 3023).
