In particular, the Committee considers that the amendments offered by the draft law No. 2690 to the Economic Procedure Code of Ukraine, Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "On enforcement proceedings" (as to restoration of terms for court enforcement actions) in fact leads to corruption by officials, who will blackmail principled subjects with re-privatization.
Besides, the amendments envisioned by the draft law violate the principle of the right to the term of limitation, which provides distinctness, stability of relation in the society. Taking the aforementioned in account, the Committee considers it expedient to reject the draft law.
