The draft law No. 3108 offers to rule that commerce and industry chambers are established on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regions, cities of Kyiv and Sevastopol (regional chambers of commerce and industry). Only one commerce and industry chamber can be established within either of the said administrative-territorial unit. The exception are only the cities of regional and republican subordination with the population exceeding 100,000, where city or inter-district chambers of commerce and industry can be established. Then these chambers will have the same rights and status with the regional chambers of commerce and industry.
The draft law contains a term under which a chamber of commerce and industry is established under an initiative of at least 50 founders located on respective territory. City or inter-district chambers of commerce and industry are established under an initiative of at least 30 founders located on respective territory.
