The draft law proposes to introduce a unified terminological style concerning grounds for the transfer of convicted persons to zones of tightened control; to settle the issue of serving by convicts of the entire sentence in one and the same penal or correctional facility; to set additional guarantees for the procedure of application of forced treatment of imprisoned; additional guarantees for protection of the rights of convicted women and women having children with them, and also under-aged; to simplify the procedure of provision of imprisoned persons with pensions.
The correspondent amendments are expected to be made to Articles 8, 25, 93 (new wording), 94, 97, 101, 107, 110, 111, 116 (new wording), and 122 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
