The draft law proposes to amend Article 93 of the Land Code of Ukraine and Article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "On Land Lease" and set the term of leasing agricultural land plots, which are plots of reclaimed lands under hydrotechnical reclamation, at not less than 10 years, and to define at the legislative level the obligation of lease holders to contribute to proper exploitation of corresponding reclamation systems and facilities of engineering infrastructure of such systems on these plots.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2920.
