The draft law proposes to simplify the procedure of the creation of farming enterprises, namely to abolish mandatory relevant education and experience, and to define legal status of land plots of farming enterprises as lands for carrying out agricultural commodity production.
The document also offers to sell land plots in the state or municipal ownership or rights for them for maintaining a farming enterprise exclusively at land auctions and establish a mechanism of reissue of the right to lease land plots granted to individuals and used for maintaining a farming enterprise, on a farming enterprise as a business entity.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2028a.
