In compliance with the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine dated September 14, 2006 "On setting of Annual Prize of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to educators of comprehensive, vocational, pre-school and out-of-school educational establishments" for special success in education, it was decided to award the Prize of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to:
Hanna Baluschak – director Lviv higher vocational school of restaurant service and tourism;
Tamara Belousova – director of Mykolayiv higher vocational school of technologies and design;
Serhii Borodin – head of the Scouts and Home Science coterie of the Zaporizhia Regional Center of Tourism and Home Science, Sports and Excursions of Youth municipal enterprise of the Zaporizhia regional council;
Lesia Voichuk – director of the Lokachi district of Schoolchildren House in Volyn region;
Mariya Dobonia – Ukrainian teacher of the Mizhhiriya comprehensive school of I–III categories No. 1 in Zakarpattia region;
Valentyna Dolynska – head of the Pershotravneve pre-school educational establishment (kindergarten) of the Birky village council of Zmiiv district of Kharkiv region;
Olena Ischenko – geography teacher of the Ivankiv general education school І-ІІІ categories of the Mankivka district council of Cherkasy region;
Oleksandr Kyrychenko – history teacher Kindrativska general education school of I-III categories of the Sumy district council of Sumy region;
Liudmyla Kysla – head of the Stanislav kindergarten of the Bilozerka district of Kherson region;
Olha Kulinich – biology teacher of the general education school of І-ІІІ categories No. 1 in the town of Khmilnyk in Vinnytsia region;
Olena Lahoshna – director of the Chereshenska specialized boarding school of I-III categories in Korop district of Chernihiv region;
Hanna Makarova – head of the Dzhereltse dance ensemble of the Schoolchildren Art Palace in the city of Mykolayiv;
Viktoriya Makarenko – Ukrainian teacher of the Popasna grammar school No. 20 of the Popasna district council of Luhansk region;
Kateryna Masliuk – head of the Komyshi Sonechko pre-school educational establishment of the Komyshi village council of Okhtyrka district of Sumy region;
Vasyl Nikolayenko – director of Onykiivska general education school of I-III categories the Malaysia Vyska district council of Kirovohrad region;
Alla Paschenko – head of a coterie of the Kamiyanets-Podilskyi children art center in f Khmelnytska region;
Svitlana Piskova – head of a coterie, head of the department at the Children Art House of the Oleksandriya town council of Kirovohrad region;
Stepan Sabada – deputy director of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional state center for tourism and home science in Ivano-Frankivsk region;
Raisa Semeniuk – head-teacher of the Kvasylivskyi pre-school educational establishment in Rivne district of Rivne region;
Viktoriya Sychova – Ukrainian teacher of the secondary general education No. 281 of Sviatoshynskyi district of the city of Kyiv;
Hanna Sobko – Ukrainian teacher of the Holovyno grammar school in Cherniakhiv district of Zhytomyr region;
Olha Stoliarova – biology teacher of Chernivtsi medical lyceum No. 3 of the Chernivtsi city council of Chernivtsi region;
Oksana Storozhuk – educator of the Chaichyntsi municipal educational establishment of the Lanivtsi district council of Ternopil region;
Svitlana Tkachenko – director of an educational center for vocational education in Kherson region;
Olha Fornalchuk – director of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Children House municipal enterprise in Odesa region;
Nataliya Khavriuta – director of the Kameliya Aesthetic-Naturalist Center in the town of Brovary of Kyiv region;
Oleksandra Shushpanova – deputy director for education, physics teacher of the Kremenchuk lyceum No. 4 of the Kremenchuk city council of Poltava region;
Viktoriya Scherbak – director of the Kramatorsk Ukrainian grammar school of the Kramatorsk town council of Donetsk region.
