Subject of legislative initiative -
people's deputy Fedoruk said at the Committee meeting on November 25 that the
draft law (No. 3390) was submitted to improve legislative regulation of
approval of Prospect Plans of capable communities formation, which will enable
all capable communities to timely receive efficient resource support.
The speaker said that the draft law offers to amend Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine "On voluntary unification of territorial communities" and define that if in one month after the submission by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and corresponding regional state administration to the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and corresponding regional council of a draft Prospect Plan of territorial community formation or amendments to it, the Supreme Council of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, and corresponding regional council does not approve the draft or amendments to it, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine may declare unified territorial communities created in accordance with Article 7 of this Law and meeting the draft Prospect Plan of formation of territories of communities or amendments to it as those that meet the draft Prospect Plan of formation of communities' territories.
