The legislative act envisages brining the legislation of Ukraine in compliance with the Law of Ukraine "On National Police"
Respective amendments have been introduced in some legislative acts of Ukraine.
The law has been adopted with a clause that, in connection with the adoption of the law "On National Police" and the loss of effect from the 7th of November 2015 of the law "On militia" to which some provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine" are referred, in clause 15 of the first part of article 17 and the first part of article 18 in the Law of Ukraine "On National Anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine" the word "militia" shall be replaced by words "national police."
The law has been adopted with amendments introducing that the effect of the Law also addresses employees of the State Fiscal Service and the State Guard Service.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 3225.
