In particular, the document envisions the following.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is urged to ensure implementation of Sub-Item 13 of Item 2 of Recommendations of the Parliamentary Hearings entitled "On decommissioning of the Chornobyl NPP, Shelter facility and exclusion zone development prospects," approved with the Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada No. 348-VIII dated April 22, 2015 that touch elaboration and validation of the Plan for preparation of state events for the 30th anniversary of the Chornobyl NPP disaster and financing of the events from the state budget and local budgets. The Plan should envision:
holding international workshop in Ukraine;
holding events on 30th anniversary of the Chornobyl NPP disaster;
declaration of 2016 the year of honoring participants of the rectification of Chornobyl NPP disaster consequences;
address to parliaments and governments of member countries of the United Nations (UN) and the European Union touching combining efforts in provision of international assistance in addressing problems of rectification of consequences of the Chornobyl NPP.
Besides, during the elaboration and validation of the Plan it is planned to envision:
standard medical examination of disabled people/participants of the Chornobyl NPP disaster consequences rectification and victim children;
free examination (using magnetic resonance imaging) of liquidators of Chornobyl NPP disaster under respective referral of National Scientific Center of Medical Radiology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine.
Besides, in the draft state budget for 2016, the Cabinet of Ministers is urged to envision:
financing of events related to the 30th anniversary of the Chornobyl NPP disaster;
expansion of financing of budget program entitled "Comprehensive medical and sanitary provision and treatment of cancer in people/victims of the Chornobyl NPP disaster using expensive technologies;"
full payment of pensions (less obtained income) to persons/victims of the Chornobyl NPP disaster;
financing of reconstruction of Rehabilitation center for people/victims of the Chornobyl NPP disaster, etc.
Besides, the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local state administrations, local self-government bodies are urged to take a number of measures touching the 30th anniversary of the Chornobyl NPP disaster.
Respective draft resolution was registered under No. 1477.
