Verkhovna Rada Committee on State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government supports Luhansk regional council's decision to change and set borders of Hirske town in Popasne district of Luhansk region

Reporting on the issue, chairperson of the subcommittee for affairs of local self-government bodies and territorial structure Mykola Fedoruk said that in compliance with the data from the State Land Cadastre, current area of the town of Hirske is 1,324 hectares. The borders of the town have been corrected and now the total area of the town is 1,218.39 hectares.

The chairperson of the subcommittee noted that it was offered to increase the area of the town by 77.39 hectares and approve it territory at 1,295.78 hectares.
