The draft law offers to determine peculiarities of proceedings on cases upon determination of facts of birth or death of a person on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine.
The draft law offers to shorten the terms for consideration of this category of cases.
In compliance with the draft law, persons having right to address a court with respective appeal on registration of birth are governed by the requirements of the Civil Code of Ukraine, Family Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of acts of civil status."
Respective amendments are offered to the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 3171.
