The draft law is aimed at the implementation of requirements of the International Agreement (in a from of exchange of notes) between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of Japan on allocation of a loan to implement the Project for modernization of the Bortnychi aeration station.
The draft law offers to set privileges (exemptions) in the field of levying individual income tax, value added tax, and corporate tax for the period of implementation of the Project.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2393а.
