The legislative act supplements Article 265 of the Code of Laws on Labor of Ukraine with a term under which legal entities and individual entrepreneurs bear responsibility in a form of a fine worth ten minimum wages set by the law as of the moment their violation was registered. The said responsibility is set for failure or unwillingness to fulfill guarantees and privileges of employees drafted in compliance with the Laws of Ukraine "On military duty and military service," "On alternative (non-military) service," and "On mobilization preparation and mobilization."
The law also supplements Article 41 of the Administrative Offences Code of Ukraine with new Section. In compliance with the Section, officials of enterprises, institutions and organizations despite the ownership type and citizens/entrepreneurs are fined 50-100 tax-exempt minimum personal incomes for violation of the said privileges and guarantees.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2035а.
