Secretariat of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine launches advanced professional training for employees working on state service first year

During the professional program scheduled for 72 hours, newly appointed state servants will study basics of their work at the Secretariat of the Ukrainian Parliament, issues of state management and European integration of Ukraine, counteraction to corruption, etc. Specialists representing the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, state bodies and heads of structure divisions of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat will cover important theoretical issues as well as their practical use in the work.

At the opening of the studies, First Deputy Head of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat Volodymyr Slyshynskyi noted that the Verkhovna Rada's efficiency substantially depends on the level of professional training of the state servants working at its Secretariat. They are the ones to conduct legal, scientific, organizational, documentary, informational, expert and analytical, financial and material-technical support of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, its bodies and people's deputies of Ukraine.

The classes opening ceremony was also attended by Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for State Service Skopych, Director of the Institute of High Qualification of the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics Shkliaruk, and Head of the Staff Department of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat Maksymiyak.
