Head of Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy, Employment and Pension Provision Liudmyla Denisova meets with representatives of World Bank mission

Experts of the World Bank expressed their concerns over the introduction of the defined contribution pension system mentioned in respective governmental draft law.

The issue was discussed by Liudmyla Denisova and representatives of the World Bank Oleksii Sluchynskyi and Yuliya Smoliar.

The experts informed that the World Bank supports the position of the Committee on the necessity to adapt the governmental draft law No. 2767 on introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine on the defined contribution pension system and single principles of pension assignation.

The Parties agreed to have one more meeting to elaborate proposals as to the amendments into the pay-as-you-go pension system.
