Participants of the July 10 offsite meeting conducted under the auspices of the Lviv regional state administration and Truskavets city council were people's deputies/members of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Family, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism; a deputy minister of youth and sports; head of the Lviv regional state administration; head of the Zhytomyr regional council; representatives of local self-government bodies from almost all regions; representatives of travel agencies, hotels, resorts, and tourism-oriented mass media organizations.
In compliance with the results of the meeting, the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Family, Youth Policy, Sports and Tourism elaborated recommendations for the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Lviv regional state administration to settle the issue of legislative regulation of legal, organizational, economic and social relations in order to develop tourism and resorts.
