"We have to pass the way of real decentralization of power —
transfer of authorities to the local level in order to enable millions of
people to change their life for the better, to change the country, to allow it
to achieve new quality level of decision-making," Chairperson of the Verkhovna
Rada Volodymyr Groysman said.
