The legislative act determines the mechanisms of realization of provisions of new Law of Ukraine "On prosecutor's office" in terms of additional recruitment of prosecutor staff, formation of qualification disciplinary commission of prosecutors, etc.
The Law introduces amendments into the Law of Ukraine "On prosecutor's office" that determine that list of administrative positions of military prosecutor's offices, Specialized Anticorruption Prosecutor's Office and the order of appointment to the said positions.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2667.
