Opening
the meeting, Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada and Head of the Constitutional
Commission Volodymyr Groysman noted that the constitutional reform should put
an end to post-Soviet Ukraine and ensure rapid transformation of Ukraine into a
modern European country.
