The joining the Convention will be in line with interests of our state and facilitate improvement of the protection of human rights and freedoms, perfection of legal mechanisms to settle problems of enforced disappearance, complete implementation of the constitutional guarantees as to resumption of human rights violated as a result of a crime. In turn, all the said will facilitate formation of positive image of Ukraine in the international arena.
