The draft law envisages signature of contracts with the director of executive directorate of the Social Insurance Fund; specifies names and units of the executive bodies of the Social Labor Accident Insurance Fund of Ukraine and the Social Temporary Disability Insurance Fund.
The draft law also determines a number of measures that should be taken by the two Funds subjected to reorganization, before the establishment of the Social Insurance Fund of Ukraine and its working bodies. In particular, executive directorates will submit for approval of the Cabinet of Ministers the draft fund budges; will engaged in reorganization including the establishment of the commission on the reorganization of the funds.
