Verkhovna Rada Committee for Economic Policy recommends Ukrainian Parliament adopt as a basis draft law "On introduction of amendments into some legislative acts of Ukraine" (as to state registration of proprietory rights to land plots)

The draft law No. 2177 offers to amend the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of proprietory rights to real estate and their encumbrances." In compliance with offered amendments the lease right to undistributed land plots let by executive bodies, local self-government bodies on terms and in compliance with the order determined by Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On order of allocation of land plots to owners to land plots (shares)," is provided without state registration of property rights to such plots.

Besides, the draft law offers to replace outdated proposals as to reception of state acts on property right to a land plot with new ones that regulate registration of property rights to a land plot.
