The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has approved the Plan for Legislative Support to Reforms in Ukraine and recommends that lawmakers elaborate and submit draft laws for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada listed in the Plan for Legislative Support to Reforms taking in account the terms it envisions.
The Plan for Legislative Support to Reforms envisions precise naming of a draft law (essence of legislative proposal), conceptual principles of the draft law, calls the Committee responsible for preparation of the draft law for consideration of the Verkhovna Rada, as well as it envisions the terms of preparation of respective draft law.
All the draft laws are divided into seven standalone chapters entitled: Constitutional reform and supremacy of law; Reformation of national security and defense system; International obligations of Ukraine; Stabilization of microeconomic situation and reformation of economy; Social sector; Environmental protection and environment management; National dialogue and Humanitarian policy.
Respective draft resolution was registered under No. 2986.
