The draft law No. 2844 inter alia offers to determine central executive body engaged in formation and implementation of the state policy in the field of investment activity and management of national projects by authorized state body engaged in creation and functioning of industrial parks; to specify the notion of a participants of industrial parks as the ones that have right not only to a land plot, but also to other real estate facility (a part of the facility) within the industrial park; etc.
