Having heard and discussed report of representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine on the course of investigation into the facts of resistance to legal professional activity of employees of the ZIK TV channel, people's deputies/members of the Committee unanimously decided:
— to draw attention of the PGO to the fact that the criminal case opened by the Obukhiv District Police Department upon the fact of interference with privacy under appeal of citizen Chebotar can be used to exert pressure on journalists of the ZIK TV channel in case upon attacking journalists by relatives of former deputy interior affairs minister Chebotar;
— to address the PGO with a request to estimate the legitimacy of opening of a criminal case under the said appeal of Chebotar.
