The draft law offers to rule that the recalculation of pensions due to a change in the size of at least one of types of cash security for respective categories of servicemen, persons having right to pension under this Law or in case new additional monthly types of cash security for the said categories of persons (additional payments and wage increase) are introduced, not conducted through the fault of the Pension Fund and/or state bodies assigning briefing notes for recalculation of pensions, is conducted from the start of right to such recalculation.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 1466.
