Verkhovna Rada Committee for Foreign Affairs along with Verkhovna Rada Committee for Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship holds roundtable entitled "Status and prospects of trade and economic cooperation: international dimension"

Participants of the roundtable that took place on May 13 were people's deputies, representatives of central executive bodies — Foreign Affairs Ministry, Economic Development and Trade Ministry, Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, representatives of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, non-government organizations, businessmen and scientists.

The participants of the roundtable discussed a wide range of issues, in particular, problems and prospects of the trade and economic cooperation of Ukraine on the international arena in conditions of the loss of the Russian market and introduction of free trade area with the European Union.

Besides, the participants discussed potential opportunities for expansion of the Ukrainian exports markets and part of the state in promoting national business in foreign markets.
