The Verkhovna Rada Committee for State Building, Regional Policy and Local Self-Government reconstruction has recommended that the Ukrainian Parliament reject the draft resolution No. 1664 on transfer of medical establishments from the state affairs department to the Health Ministry to ensure provision of priority medial aid to war veterans, Afghanistan combatants, liquidators of Chornobyl NPP disaster and anti-terror operation participants.
