The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law “On peculiarities of exercising ownership right at apartment houses.”
The Law determines peculiarities of exercising ownership rights at apartment houses, regulates legal, organizational and economic relations linked to exercising the said rights and to fulfillment of obligations of co-owners of apartment houses as to its maintenance and management.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 1565.
