The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted as a basis the draft law "On introduction of amendments into some Laws of Ukraine as to consolidation of transparency in field of ownership relations aimed at combating corruption."
The draft law No. 2423 offers elaboration of new wording of Article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "On state registration of proprietary rights to real estate."
Besides the document offers to introduce amendments into the Law of Ukraine "On state land cadastre of Ukraine," which would rule that information contained within the State Land Cadastre is open for everybody, etc.
