The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On introduction of amendments into Tax Code of Ukraine as to military fee."
The legislative act abolishes military tax on purchase and sale of foreign currency by individuals through exclusion of figures and signs of 165.1.51 from Sub-Item 1.7, Item 161, Subchapter 10 of Chapter XX of the Tax Code of Ukraine.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2436.
