The draft law No. 2423 offers amendments into the Laws of Ukraine “On state registration of property rights to real estate and their binding,” “On combating corruption,” “On state land cadastre,” and “On road traffic.”
According to members of the Committee, the adoption of the draft law will facilitate openness and transparency of legal relations in the society, and introduction of public control over officials via simplification of procedure of access to information in the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate Property, provision of free access to the State Land Cadastre, and Single State Register held by the State Road Inspectorate of the Ministry of Interior Affairs of Ukraine.
Besides, participants of the meeting noted that the introduction of free access to the State Register of Property Rights to Real Estate Property will facilitate openness and transparency of activity of local self-government bodies and executive bodies authorized to administer lands of state and municipal ownership, real estate and vehicles.
Besides, the Committee eyed 69 draft laws of Ukraine and validated their correspondence to requirements of the anticorruption legislation.
