In particular, the Law introduces the mechanism under which the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will agree setting of state regulated prices by state collegiate bodies at the level lower than the economically feasible one. It also envisions simultaneous submission for the consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of the draft law on introduction of amendments into the Law of Ukraine on state budget for respective year as to sources of compensation of difference between state-regulated and economically feasible prices.
In view of this, the words “with simultaneous determination of resources in respective decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine,” contained within Paragraph 2, Sub-Item 3 and Paragraph 2, Sub-Item 7, Item 4, Chapter I of the Law of Ukraine, should be replaced with words “with simultaneous submission for the consideration of the Verkhovna Rada of the draft law on introduction of amendments into the Law of Ukraine on state budget for respective year as to sources.”
