The law introduces amendments into the Economic Code of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On economic activity in the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” which introduce the mechanism of free-of-charge transfer of movable and real estate property assigned to military units required for organization of catering of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in both stationary and field conditions to winners of tenders, who render catering services to military men. The legislative acts envision mandatory returning of that property after the expiration of contract on acquisition of catering services.
Respective draft law was registered under No. 2595.
