Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopts Law “On introduction of amendments into Law of Ukraine “On mandatory state social unemployment insurance” as to periodicity, terms of payment of unemployment compensations”

The legislative act regulates the periodicity and terms of payment of unemployment assistance.

The Law rules:

 

—    the unemployment assistance is paid twice a month with some intervals, and at the consent of an unemployed — once a month at the order set in compliance with Section 7, Article 23 of the Law;

—    one-time payment of unemployment assistance to enable an unemployed to organize entrepreneur activity is paid 14 days after the state registration of a legal entity, acquisition of entrepreneur status by an individual.

 

Respective draft law was registered under No. 1046.
